Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You also have the option to apply your deposit toward a future appointment rather than receiving a refund - simply let me know your preference at the time of cancellation.
Services
Because each treatment is customized and performed in full at the time of your appointment, DreamWell does not offer refunds on completed services. If you have a concern about your treatment or your results, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment. I am committed to your satisfaction and will always work with you to address any concerns directly.
Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened products are non-refundable due to the nature of skin care. If you experience an adverse reaction to a product purchased from DreamWell Skin Health, please discontinue use immediately and contact me as soon as possible. I am happy to discuss your concerns, evaluate whether the product is appropriate for your skin, and, at my discretion, offer an exchange or store credit if the reaction is determined to be product-related rather than the result of improper use or other contributing factors.
